All watches are bespoke and are hand made to your order and take approximately 7-10 business days for your watch to be built, tested, and prepared for shipping.
We always aim to deliver faster than this time frame but it ensures we can take the necessary measures to allow us to perfect every detail of your watch with precision and care. Once completed, we ship your timepiece via express delivery—worldwide.
Once complete, your watch will be shipped with free worldwide delivery where all import duties and taxes are covered by us, which typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Warranty
We include a free one-year warranty with every watch we build—not because we have to, but because we’re confident in the quality of our craftsmanship.
Each timepiece is assembled with precision and care, using high quality, genuine components you can trust. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and mechanical issues under normal use, because when you invest in one of our watches, you deserve lasting reliability.
While we don’t cover accidental damage or misuse, we’re always here to help keep your watch ticking.

I bought the Hulk mod a while back, and it has most definitely been in my rotation of watches. I have bought several watches from Luxe Customs, but I have to say that my Hulk mod, Pepsi mod, and Batman mod watches I got from Luxe has been what most people stop and ask me about. And out of those three specifically, the Hulk mod draws the most attention. I absolutely love it. I will probably be buying another soon to give as a gift.
