1. Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled in the first 24Hrs.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return:

  2. Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible products.

  • Contact our support team before returning any items to ensure proper replacement.


4. Warranty

  • Luxe Customs provides a 1-year limited warranty on all watches, covering manufacturing defects or functional issues pertaining to the watch movement.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, corrosion, or unauthorized repairs.
