All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.
Please allow 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification containing tracking details when your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Once shipped, most orders arrive within the following timeframes:

3. Shipping Costs
All orders include free shipping. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international customers, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in our product prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Luxe Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international shipping carriers.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
